The worst delivery company in Czech Republic. It's a total joke. Customer service also low quality. We ordered lamels from Hornbach and driver came and announced that we need forklift or ramp for him to be able to unload the car... He left... I gave solution that we will help to unload the car but this was not accepted. So if you wish to order bigger stuff- do not use this company. They do not have equipment - nor they are willing to look for solutions. Oh and what is most bizzare- the driver came in a car marked with advertisement of beer... So you do not know if this is Geis or beer company...

I cannot express how disastrous is this service. I’ve never experienced worse service in my life. Never ever. All is designed with NO USER in mind. 1️⃣ Unreliable service (delivering a week later from paid due date, when I’m at work, not at home where I supposed to be a week ago). 2️⃣ Unresponsible support center (telling you one thing, when logistics does another thing. For the second time I took the day off at work to get a parcel and as soon as support center said they will deliver it 100% tomorrow...the logistic center canceled a shipment and send the package back to Alza.cz) 3️⃣ Inhuman approach. If you’re at work, and didn’t take a phone in the moment, let’s say you saw a call 2m later, they will call You back. I called 8! times and send a text. No response + they made immediately a status that “packed wasn’t deliver”. If I could leave less starts in review, I’d leave —5 starts. Wasted time, money and nerves.
